Please bring your own stationery, any electronic devices you may need, a water bottle, and any personal medications.

Please notify the organizers of any allergies or medical needs at the time of registration.

Sitting in on sessions without registration and video recording are strictly prohibited to maintain the quality of the program.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the course content; any changes will be announced promptly.

Each group registration must designate one representative. If any group member withdraws, the remaining participants may be charged at the regular individual rate..

Refund requests must be submitted by email before 12:00 noon on August 12 and will be processed within 3–5 business days.

For graduating 6th-graders: please upload a photo at registration showing the student together with proof of junior high school enrollment.

In case of absence, please notify the organizers by email. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up.
